The Advocate Harbour Branch was established in 1985, and is located on the bottom floor of the Fundy Tides Recreation Centre.

The Four Fathers Memorial Library was established in 1967 and houses the largest collection in Cumberland County. The library is named for the four fathers of Confederation who were residents of Amherst: R.B. Dickey, E.B. Chandler, Sir Charles Tupper and Jonathan McCully. The library has an after-hours book return located at the side of the building.

The Springhill Branch Library was founded in 1968 and is located in the historic Springhill Miners Hall. The library offers several computers for public use and an after hours book return is located in front of the building. The Springhill Branch Library is open 5 days a week.
