Pitch a Program

We’re excited to hear you want to partner with the library to host a program! We seek partnerships with community members and organizations who have something to share or teach to others. Past examples include running a language conversation group, a craft program, and more.

Partnership programs must:

  • Be free of charge to the participants
  • Open to all

The facilitator must:

  • Record the number of participants as part of our annual statistics

The Library will offer:

  • Logistics: provide a central location for the program, book a space, manage registration
  • Marketing: create marketing material to promote the event and spread the word through the library’s newsletter, website, social media, and in the community
